Effective Date: June 23, 2026

At Zorvanta Digital, we are committed to delivering high-quality, professional services that drive results for your business. Because our services—such as web development, graphic design, and brand strategy—are intangible and project-based, our refund policy is structured as follows:

1. Service Satisfaction

We prioritize clear communication and collaborative milestones throughout every project. We provide multiple rounds of revisions for our design and development packages to ensure the final output aligns with your business vision and requirements. We encourage open feedback during the conceptual and design phases to address any concerns before final delivery.

2. Refund Eligibility

3. Third-Party Costs

Any payments made to third-party providers on your behalf—such as domain registration, website hosting, premium plugin licenses, or third-party software subscriptions—are non-refundable by Zorvanta Digital. These costs are subject to the refund policies of the respective third-party providers.

4. Digital Products

For any digital templates, downloadable assets, or pre-made design files purchased directly from our site, all sales are considered final upon delivery. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once the files have been downloaded or accessed.

5. How to Request a Review

If you believe a project was not delivered according to the agreed-upon scope or if you have concerns regarding your final deliverables, please contact us within seven (7) business days of project completion. We are dedicated to finding a fair solution and ensuring you receive the high-standard service you expect.
